This quaint farmhouse, situated close to the water's edge of a Bavarian lake, was built during the 16th century. It consists of a two story main building and an adjacent smaller building which comprises of a total of 8 apartments, 7 of which have been renovated to a high standard.

Besides a modern heating system, there are five tiled stoves, 90 % new thermally insulated windows, a new copper clad roof, wooden boarding along the walls and timber floor boards. From all flats you have a beautiful view over the lake and mountains.
